You must be using an Apple device to connect to Apple Health (HealthKit)

Once logged in, navigate to the Profile tab in the app. From here, tap the Settings icon in the top right.

From the settings page, tap the Data Sources option. Tapping the Connect button on the Apple Health option will prompt you to grant MoveSquad access to your health data.

Ensure you grant all requested permissions to MoveSquad so it can function properly
